Ansira's account service team supports Ansira users who access the application using one of the supported internet browsers listed below. If you are using a popup blocker, please set it to allow popups from our system. Refer to the Recommended Popup Blocker Settings for information about allowing popups. Corporate network users should consult with their internal information technology support group concerning utilities, browsers and downloads.

Pentium class processor running Windows® XP/Vista/7/8 At least 1GB RAM Microsoft® Internet Explorer 9,10,11 Mozilla® Firefox version 29,30 Adobe® Reader® or Adobe® Acrobat® version 10.0 or higher to view creative material in PDF format. WinZip® or Stuffit Expander® to unzip compressed creative files.	Power PC running OSX or higher At least 1GB RAM Mozilla® Firefox version 29,30, Apple® Safari* Adobe® Reader® or Adobe® Acrobat® version 10.0 or higher to view creative material in PDF format. Stuffit Expander® to unzip compressed creative files. *Some features of our system may not display properly using the Safari Browser.
